Construction Reference Assembly 3

This construction system assembly consists of structural steel columns and primary framing (beams). The floor plate consists of 12″ deep heavy gauge steel joists spaced 16″ on center supported by the steel beams. The floor substrate is a concrete composite deck (6″ of concrete on metal deck with metal mesh embedded). The system is enclosed by gypsum board supported on 7/8″ steel furring channels spaced 24″ on center.
