Construction Reference Assembly 1

This system consists of a timber frame (large solid wood sections) for columns and beams. The floor plate is comporised of wood joists spaced 16″ on center with cross bracing. The flooring substrate is 3/4″ plywood. The onderside is closed in with gypsum board supported on 1×3 wood furring strips.
